Please contact our Customer care for Warranty claim, If any defect foud in the product, We will arrange to pick up the defective product, and send you replacement.

02 Year Warranty* Policy
After purchasing the product, Please fill out the warranty registration form on our website, For Warranty claim please contact our customer care team, Contact details are following.

Power Bank: All the functions will be covered under warranty, Physical damage will not be covered under warranty.

Battery back up: For the 1 year or 300 charging cycles 100% of Actual capacity, and for second year 70% of the Actual capacity. (Examble: For 10000mAh rated capacity, Actual capacity is 7000mAh).

Charging cycle: One time connect to charger and remove is count as one charging cycle.

07 Days Replacement** Policy
In accordance with applicable law, you have 07 days to return the goods and get the replacement, Pack complete product together with invoice, then send it back to the following address:

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Ifyou paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking), then your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.

If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account and go to the 'My Orders' page
  • Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the LCARE marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. 

Refund Policy 
For all Manufacturing defect the product will be replaced. No refund.
